Nerd that's a bit more socially-dependent than he thought I am a type 4, INFJ nerd. I am laid-back, open-minded, polite, kind, empathic, curious, patient, graceful, and self-aware. On the other hand, I am lazy, indecisive, anxiety-prone, detached, risk-averse, and socially paranoid. I am also prone to abusing adjectives in my writing.

I am intelligent, on the scary-smart side of the spectrum. I'm that annoying guy who pulled off a 4.0 in school without really studying that hard. I *nalyze everything and love learning and putting my brain through mental gymnastics. I have learned since leaving college that there is a level of intelligence that is not particularly practical in the real world.

I am artistically driven and logically minded. I thrive on novelty but I am strongly averse to taking risks. I have a strong need to express my individuality but I am terrified of judgment. I have a deep-seated sense of responsibility to other people and yet want to break free of society's restraints. I am paradox, hear me roar/whimper.

I need people I can trust and discuss anything with without fear of being judged for my ideas. The few people this has applied to have mostly dispersed throughout the country and I see them very little. The exception to this is my best friend and wife with whom I share my life.

I have a great need to be close to people which is hampered by my current situation in life. My hobbies and interests do not lead me to interact with new people very often. I am hoping that by expanding my search out into the semi-anonymous realm of the internet I might have the fortune of discovering people of like mind.
