what am i looking for? someone honest, patient, and real. no one is perfect, we all have our flaws, no one in the real world is a super model or a stud, we are just messy, messed up humans. we all live our lives trying to find some meaning in why we are here, what we are doing, and what the heck is going on.

all any of us really want is noting more then to feel safe, safe from harm, both in the world around us, and safe with those next to us. that, finding that person can help us feel safe. we yearn to feel vulnerable, and let our guard down, and wrap our arms around someone who won't hurt us.

the world is full of letdowns, folks who have not dealt with their inner pains, confusion and inner darkness. people hurt, lash out, and are angry. something is wrong with the world, everyone feels it, but no one knows what it really is. it nags at us, the storm, just on the edge of reality, bearing down, day after day after day, and it doesn't seem to ease up.

the hardest part is this storm is to find that port of call, that safe haven that we all desire, that homecoming that seems just out of reach. am i alone, am i the only one, is there anyone out there that can help me find peace and safety.

i am only human, i can not tell you i am the right person for you, but, even if that's so, may your search be a blessed one, and may you find that safe space, that haven in the storm, and may you find the arms to embrace you, to let you be you, not to cure your anger, but in spite of it, giving you a place that you can sort it out. may you find what happiness you can in this world of madness.
