The Stangest Thing I love the outdoors: hiking, biking, camping, etc. I would love to try skydiving and white water rafting. I haven't been skiing in years, but would love to pick it up this winter again (and hopefully we get better snow.) I just moved back from the DC area, and I am really enjoying the place again.

When I want to get indoors I am a huge movie fan. I will see pretty much anything, however, if it sucks I have been known to either walk out of it or make fun it it in the theater (assuming the person I am with is of a similar mind). I do prefer artsy films, drama and some of the big blockbusters.

My music taste is a bit eclectic, although a have quite a bit of alternative. I also really like Latin Jazz, Classical and some pop (I think Adele has an amazing voice). There is really only one area where I don't find much interest and that is mainstream hip hop/rap (I am tired of hearing about their benz, 40s and bling).

I am interested in politics and economics (they are what I have my degrees in after all), and would like someone with some interest in the area. However, I don't need or want to talk about politics and economics all the time. In fact, this seasons political contest is boring me to tears. I think it would be interesting to be involved in a deeper way one day.
