Sweat Equity I am very adventurous and active young man that simply fell in love with fitness over the past two years. I started off 242lbs with 30% body fat and in 4 month brought it down to 190lbs and single # body fat levels. Now I train religiously to see how far I can push my body to get to its full potential. I incorporate a good work out regimen and a clean diet. I'm thinking about competing in a amateur competition or doing a Spartan race. I'm looking for someone that has the same passion of fitness and has great discipline and the competitive edge to reach there goals in life no matter what they are. To support me in my endeavors.
