Hello! I believe in strong family and strong ties to the land. I am a Christian and take it very seriously. I love music. I play the piano, (amateurishly), and love to sing, (even more amateurishly). I live and work with my family on our tiny, horse-powered, organic dairy farm. I do not think that I could stand industrial farming, but I love my little farm. I love gardening! I do quite a lot of it in our farm's extended kitchen gardens. I love trees! I love reading, especially J. R. R. Tolkien and C. S. Lewis. I love to dance! I do whenever I get the chance. I love cooking but I am not acomplished yet. I can bake a good apple pie from scratch if I have at least two hours. Which brings up the fact that I tend to work very slowly. That is one of my most prominent faults. I am good at having fun. I like intelligent conversation, and real thinking. But I still like good humor, (no dirty jokes). In fact, my family is a very humorous one. I have a great appreciation for good wholesome food. Growing lots of it is what I and my family do. I love writing, and I often write for my own and my siblings' amusment.
I joined this site to look for a good guy.
What I am aiming for in life is to eventually get married, have a few children, garden on my farm, be a competent musician, write a few books, cook really well, become a more agreeable person, start a local English Country Dance group, be a good wife and mother, be a good person, learn to keep things clean, and generally be a good impact on this earth.
