Well i can start i spent several years in a monastery as a Buddhist monk as is the tradition of theravada buddhism, learning the art of mindfulness, meditation and disciplined reflection, Those years taught me the value of silence and inner stillness, shaping me into a person who listens deeply and moves thoughtfully through life. I treasure quiet moments, finding meaning in subtle gestures, calm presence, and mindful connection.

Being mindful and respecting silence is not just a practice for me it is a way of living, guiding how i engage with others and the world around me.

And i must admit i do get annoyed with people playing loud music and overly loud voices, be respectful we do not need to hear ur voice on the other side of the room.
