Looking for conversation I'm a fairly friendly, if incredibly shy, person. I'm studying Physics with Astrophysics at Hull Uni and I'd prefer to meet other shy people who are also in full-time education, or anyone in an academic career.

Any conversational topics would be appreciated as I'm up for a debate. It'd be nice to have a drinking buddy to go out to town with on a semi-regular basis, even just once every couple of months. I'd go myself, but I'm not sure how to not look like a rapist... I've gone out alone a few times but after a while it's always that same circle of emptiness around me as people shuffle away from the creepy guy.
