You and I About Me:
I am a creative optimist. I am energized by art and artists. I am a musician and a music teacher. In the realm of love, I will spend lots of time with you up front so we can talk, touch and understand each other. Once we are together, I know that love is not a game. It is something deep and wonderful. It is also a lens through which two view the world. Two people together where the minds meet and where the bodies meet. I love to be surrounded by things of beauty. Push away the crass and bring in the quality. I love to take an afternoon hike through the forest or mountains. Now I am "a single dad". And I have gone from spending lots of time with my 9yo son to being his home. All of which was a goal, all without a fight. I get the finest compliments for my honesty and sensitivity.

It is a pleasure for me to see you. How soon can we touch? You are free of many of the illusions that people mislead themselves with. You and I can take pleasure in the Monets at the museum, the world in Central Park, snuggling under a blanket at the sofa with a video in the winter or going to some sunny street festival in some previously undiscovered town. If you need substances and chemicals to get through the day, let's not get started. If you are really deeply troubled, I must apologize. I am trying to not again ride up on the white horse to save someone, and then try to save them again and again. You have many great qualities, much that you know and much that you have learned.
