I had a painful yet wonderful spiritual awakening in 1991 that profoundly changed the direction and quality of my life.

Since then and upon relocating from California to Arizona in 1994, my primary interest has been in furthering my spiritual growth by, for example: Participating in various spiritual and meditation groups including Buddhist ones; Co-founding a men's group composed of men of different faiths who are interest in spirituality; With my diverse backgrounds in law, psychology, and business, helping people resolve disputes through mediation; Regularly reading numerous books about meditation and spirituality; regularly listening to spiritual and Buddhist podcasts.

I have also largely lived up to the vows I made after this awakening: Modelling very different thinking and behavior for my children than that modeled for me in my family of origin; Loving my wife, children, and friends by consistently giving them my time and attention without expecting any thing in return.

My other interests include: Watercolor and acrylic painting: Writing books; Exercising; Having in-depth and intimate conversations with like-minded people; Having fun; Being intimate with my partner; Having new experiences; Traveling.

My hope is to find a woman who mostly shares my interests and values.
