The golden rule works both ways, for me. I am a rather intelligent young man who due to unforeseen occurrences finds himself in the company of mostly... simple if not purposely stupid people. I have found and registered with this website on the slight chance i can find a woman of similar intelligence on whom i can lavish my considerable affections without having to stop and define half the words i speak. I am a rather short Filipino/Mexican American, i love sports and most things physical. If it takes skill and learning something new is involved i'm usually game-and usually good at it too. I've found that if i maintain a relationship with a woman of much less intelligence it only becomes a large burden on me. Not that intelligence is the only thing i want but it is very important to me. I have always thrown my heart at the feet of lesser women and spoke of my love in flowing passion only to receive shallow sentiments in return along with a confused flattery. I hope that being with a woman who can truly understand my actions and thoughts, the connotations behind those actions, i can finally, truly be appreciated for my worth as a man, a lover, and as a mate. I can't deny a good portion of conceit, but i can leash it to reasonable extents. I can promise a thorough and encompassing love, an enthralling passion, a complete romance and attention to minute details that any woman would welcome and hopefully appreciate. I apply the golden rule to all my dealings with others, i can't provide perfection so i do not demand it, but i can't do anything but a very good job so i would very much appreciate a similar return of affection. That is assuming that my "dream woman," so to speak, chances across this passage and deems to grace me with her presence, which i sincerely hope i can experience.
