Looking for something greater than the past Ok guys, here's the deal. I don't have a lot of specifics for whom I wish to date, or what I find attractive. Everyone has their own personal brand of magnetism. I only ask for someone relatively near my own age, taller than I, and a modicum of intelligence. I'm not picky about distance or even body type to be honest, but a great conversationalist would be ideal. Now, on to who I am.

I'm caucasian, 5'8", brown hair and eyes, and I'm getting back into shape. Before a lot of you yelp and run for the hills, let me assure you, I am not a wobbly barrel of lard, *slight smile* I'm a little curvy. I'm divorced, no children, and college bound in the fall. I've got all my fingers and toes (I counted them twice just for you!), no criminal record, and even have all my own teeth! I am ex military, was in for eight years and yes, I was overseas for a large portion of those years.

Hmmm...I read voraciously, rarely watch TV, love music passionately, and am quite a good cook. I can appreciate good food and good wine, and love large gatherings of friends over for a meal. I'm not a snob by any means. I love to tramp in the woods, love a good beer every now and then, can shoot fairly well, and have no trouble with hard manual labor. I also play video games, wrestle with my roommate (especially when he ticks me off!), and still play dress up every now and then. There are a lot of sides to me (layers, like an onion!), and I need someone patient and willing to put up with my occasional flights of fancy (dancing in the rain or driving with the windows down and the radio blaring with no particular destination in mind). I am fiercely loyal and I loathe playing mind games. Who I am is what you'll see. My feelings and thoughts are usually right out in the open. I've worked hard to be who I am and don't intend on changing that for anyone. The only question that remains, is will you come along for the ride
