I'm not used to online dating, or dating at all for that matter. My friends said if I don't start putting myself out there they'll be doing it for me, so I might as well try.

I'm a huge fiction fan of any kind, sci-fi, fantasy, mythology, etc. Mostly a sci-fi nut though, such as superpowers, kaiju, apocalyptic stuff, and the likes. I enjoy conventions and social events, but I mostly keep to myself and my group.

I'm a great cook, better actor, a gamer, and a hard worker. I struggle socially until I find a common interest to click with another person through. I'm also somehow really good at advice even without experience on the subject.
I'm not looking for anything super specific in a partner, as I don't really know what to look for at the moment. But I'd like someone with some similar interests, such as fiction of any kind, gaming, cooking, baking, debating or abstract questions, and movies. I'm not looking for perfection, people aren't perfect. Bring on the issues, struggles, insecurities and imperfections. That's what bring people who actually care together, and I want someone to bond with like that.
