If there's a light in everybody, send out your ray of sunshine I'm a 25 year old graduate student. I grew up in Chicago but since I turned eighteen I have lived in Florida, Michigan, Vienna Austria, Montana, Massachusetts and Arizona. I love learning, going on adventures, hiking, camping, teaching, sitting in the sun, reading, writing, jogging, painting, watching old movies and visiting my dog, niece, nephew and little cousins in Illinois when I can.

My weakness is books, I am addicted to candy canes. I am a vegan who tries to keep her carbon footprint to a minimum. I'm allergic to cats and love traveling on trains. I love listening to music but can't play an instrument or sing if my life depended on it. I collect books and postcards and try to be the best I can possibly be. My grandparents had a profound impact on my life and I miss them dearly. I love listening to stories and jumping in puddles, but get cold easily. I love staying busy but I need a day on the couch with a movie (or a quiet camping trip in the mountains).

I like to believe I'm patient and open-minded and independent. I like to hear both sides but not take either one. Sometimes I think too much, sometimes I don't think at all. Sometimes I'm too trusting and sometimes I put up a wall. But I love spontaneous trips and surprises and anything out of the ordinary.

I'm looking for someone who I can carry on a great conversation with and can teach me much more about myself and the planet. Someone who loves to be outdoors and who won't go crazy with my passionate methods of recycling and carbon footprint reducing.
