1) Cheap: McDougall's (or McDoland's...alright, I know what it's called, but its' boring...okay McDonald's it is...). I wouldn't recommend this though if you really like her...you don't want to clog her or your own arteries, that's a major 'no no' of romance...(okay, so I invented that 'no no' just now.../smiles).
2) Expensive: Rent the top part of the Eiffel tower in Paris...okay, just in Paris might suffice.../smiles. You better start saving now if you're going for this option...yes, a job is a must I would presume...unless your daddy's a millionaire...and even he might not have done this for your mom...go ask her.../smiles.
3) Lovely and inventive, not necessarily so expensive: Arrange a dinner...in your back garden...make sure you've got candles...phone off the hook (after she's arrived that is...you don't want to find out that she called and asked you to pick her up because her car wasn't working and you had the phone off the hook.../smiles) and...well...fresh food right out of the oven to the small but sufficient white cafe table and chairs...in your back garden...and if you don't have a back garden...find a garden cafe...also, make sure any wayward and generally intrusive frogs aren't about...unless you want her to jump into your arms.../wicked smile.

`Oh cr*p! I forgot the flowers...always have flowers...ladies like flowers...dont' ask me why, I'd rather give them a living plant that would last (avoid cactuses though...it sends the wrong signal on more than one level...no I'm not going to elaborate)...but they seem to go for the ones that will die and start decomposing in a few days time.../wicked smile...again. (Only kidding..I do know why they like em...well...sort of...maybe...a litte...okay, I don't! ...sheesh...(I actually do know why...)).

`just getting out of a twenty year marriage and wow! has things changed, i mean with the internet and texting, any tips for an old fashion guy whos trying to get back into it, thanks
