Sorry, but the photo system does not accept photo submissions from mobile devices.
You would need to email yourself the photo and then upload it from a computer where you can access your email and save / upload the photo.
We answered this question for you on the Large Passions forum as well.

Just a quick update regarding this issue.
The newest (IOS6) Apple operating system, on various iPhones and iPads, will allow images to be found on the device in a manner similar to how images are found on standard computers.
Members using mobile devices with the IOS6 operating system should be able to add photos easily now.
(Members using mobile devices with operating systems other than IOS6 will need to use the free App, referenced in our Photo area, as a bridge between your device and our photo upload system. The App can be downloaded for free from your mobile device App store.)
