after being in a 26-year relationship that ended 4 years ago, i spent the time working on myself, learning to love myself again - really a journey on how to better take care of myself spiritually, physically, and mentally. because of this work, i am living my best life - truly. not only have i survived a divorce, sold our home, and moved into my own apartment at the same time i was diagnosed with 3 autoimmune conditions. this was all within three years, and each one was diagnosed 1 year apart from the other.

now, i feel reinvigorated, am happy, and love my life. i am looking for a partner that will walk with me as i continue on in this journey. it is my prayer that my partner and i will use one another's health experiences as well as our other life experiences to lift one another up, to respect, love, and nurture each other. and above all, live our truth, present to the world as we are, and live life with the purpose to serve others and to love ourselves.
