I'm missing someone to hang out with. I'm finding out that once people find out you're disabled, it's like you become this invisible person. Only another disabled person (IMHO) would understand that. I've been, and am on, other dating sites, and once they find out, they just dry up and blow away. Here, maybe I have a better chance. I believe in my heart that we, the disabled community, have a lot to offer the world and each other. So I'm all for getting together. It only occurred to me this week to even google for disabled dating sites to see what was out here. OK, so I'm a little slow on the uptake. Never claimed to be a genius. I'm looking for romance. And friendship. Companionship. Someone to hang out with. Talk to. Go to movies with. Out to eat with. Maybe a high school football game with. On a picnic together to this great little duck pond I can get to. I've never been to the Dallas Zoo! I'd like to go. I'd like someone who is intelligent, funny, witty, shy is OK. Divorced. Whatever. Unmarried is a definite must. Light drinking OK, heavy drinking is not. Someone who can help me run down glitches in my computer would be nice, too. I can't keep up anymore. And I'm not even computer illiterate. I just can't seem to resolve a few quirks it has. What do you think? Up for it?
