I am someone so different and of a variety so rare that none of the usual methods of meeting people work. I need a man who thinks I'm cute and funny, not scary. I need to feel tiny, not like some seven foot tall Amazon. I'm five foot five and skinny and I've never gotten to feel small. You don't have to be tall, just focused and intense. I'm not a girl you can just take out to dinner or the movies. You can talk my ear off and it won't get you anywhere. I will just push you away. Presents do nothing but make me uncomfortable. Treat me like a wild thing. Watch, listen, learn. Forget words. Be strong but gentle. Never startle me. Keep trying. I'm not what you might call a modern girl, who needs everything signed and notarized before trying to hold hands. It's harder than that and I'm sorry. You'll have to try things carefully and be in tune enough to know if I'm happy or not. (Hint. I hate those gross "big make out scenes". Some creep invented those in the 90's. They're just juvenile.)Above all, I want to act with you. Acting makes everything natural, when you're a savage in a civilized world. Rescue me, carry me off, put your coat around me, let me drink from your canteen. The everyday world has no place for my kind of romance so, if you want me, the everyday world has to go. The boring and ugly are pure poison to me. I am the coldest and most standoffish person you've ever met. And I'm the warmest, sweetest girl alive. It all depends on your approach. Please don't try, if you don't like the sound of me. I'm worse than I sound and it won't make either of us happy. I won't be changed.
